Our company return policy: an item EXCHANGE is our preferred method on non-custom item(s), except for product damage if present, then a refund would be an option; in case of product damage, proof of such damage must be documented, photographed, and submitted for your claim to be considered. You have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request an exchange or refund (product damage exception ONLY). Item(s) must be in its original state to be eligible for an exchange; a staff member will confirm that your exchange or refund request has been received and is under review within 24 hours of receipt. Once our staff has reviewed your exchange or refund request, have agreed to grant approval of your exchange or refund request, you will be notified via email or text that your exchange or refund request has been approved. You will be instructed as to how to return your item(s). Once your item(s) has been received, a notification will be sent to you via email or text; you will have 30 days to exchange your item(s); a refund will be processed once item(s) have been received. Only one exchange or refund allowed per non-customized item(s) purchased. NO EXCHANGES on custom designed item(s).

Machine wash cold (turn garment inside/out) after 24 hours; DO NOT use bleach, fabric softener, dry clean (unless specified), nor iron; only hang dry or line dry; use the “NO HEAT” option if available to tumble dry- cool temperature tumble dry only. This is the standard for most garments.  Additional instructions will be provided if appropriate.
