You will be instructed as to how to return your item(s). Once your item(s) has been received, a notification will be sent to you via email or text; you will have 30 days to exchange your item(s); a refund will be processed once item(s) have been received. Only one exchange or refund allowed per non-customized item(s) purchased. NO EXCHANGES on custom designed item(s).
